Once a product has left the boutique, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. This policy is in place because we cannot guarantee that products have not been opened, used, or tampered with after leaving our care.
For the safety of our clients:
Skincare products are personal-use items that come into direct contact with the skin. Even if a product appears unopened, we cannot verify its condition once it has left the boutique. To maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and integrity, this policy applies to all purchases without exception.
We understand that choosing skincare is personal. That’s why we operate by appointment only, offering one-on-one consultations, professional skin analysis, and guided product recommendations before you purchase. Our goal is to ensure confidence in your selection before it leaves the Vault.
If you have questions about a product, ingredients, or suitability for your skin, we encourage you to ask during your consultation—we are here to guide you.
In the rare event that a product is received damaged or defective at the time of purchase, please notify us before leaving the boutique so we can address the issue immediately.
